This project involved the extensive refurbishment and restoration of a residential property at Church Park, with a particular focus on addressing significant structural issues within the existing timber floors.
Following investigation, several areas of the property were found to have suffered from rotten and deteriorated timber joists and subflooring. Extensive joist and subfloor replacement works were completed within the kitchen area, providing a solid foundation for the remainder of the renovation.
As part of the wider refurbishment, we supplied and installed new internal doors throughout the property, ensuring a consistent and modern finish across all rooms. A complete bathroom renovation was also undertaken, transforming the space into a stylish and functional room finished to a high standard.
The project was completed with a range of second-fix joinery works, including the installation of architraves, skirting boards, door ironmongery, and finishing details, bringing the entire property together and delivering a high-quality finish throughout.
