Whitewell Road

HJC undertook a comprehensive renovation of the bathroom, which included the replacement of damaged floor and wall sections. We replastered the walls and completely gutted the bathroom to address any issues with rotten timber, ensuring proper waterproofing throughout the space. To achieve a tile effect while reducing costs, we utilized marble-effect vinyl flooring and installed cement grey wall panels in the shower to create both a waterproof and sophisticated appearance. 

Avenue Apartments 

HJC executed all of the joinery work within Avenue Apartments, demonstrating our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. In addition to this, we undertook an exceptional fit-out in the main bathroom, ensuring that every detail was meticulously addressed. Our team focused on creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that meets the highest standards of design and construction. Through our efforts, we aimed to enhance the overall appeal and value of the apartments, providing residents with a sophisticated living environment. 

Carnmoney

HJC was engaged to transform an upstairs bedroom into a functional bathroom. We installed all new plumbing to accommodate a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as upgraded the electrical systems throughout the space. The flooring features a stylish herringbone tile pattern, complemented by a spacious enclosed shower equipped with a rain shower head. Additionally, we installed an LED mirror with Bluetooth functionality above a stunning pink vanity unit. To optimize storage, we also customized a cabinet for linen and toiletries, ensuring both utility and elegance in the design.

Luxury Wet Room Installation by HJC

This elegant wet room transformation showcases how thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship can completely elevate a small space. Installed by the HJC – Handmade Joinery & Construction team, this bathroom was carefully planned to maximise both style and functionality.

The room features floor-to-ceiling marble-effect tiling, creating a seamless and luxurious finish throughout the space. A wall-hung toilet keeps the floor area open and uncluttered, helping the room feel larger while maintaining a clean, modern look.

A bespoke oak vanity unit with granite countertop adds warmth and natural character, balancing beautifully with the stone tiling and brushed brass fixtures. The wet room shower area is enclosed with fixed glass screens, keeping the space open and light while providing a sleek, contemporary feel.

Despite the compact layout, the HJC team carefully designed every detail to ensure the room feels spacious, practical, and luxurious. From precise tiling to high-quality finishes, this project demonstrates our commitment to delivering beautiful, functional bathrooms even in the most challenging spaces.

Contemporary Wet Room Installation by HJC

This striking wet room installation by HJC – Handmade Joinery & Construction combines modern design with natural materials to create a stylish and practical bathroom space.

Large stone-effect floor-to-ceiling tiles give the room a seamless, contemporary feel while helping to keep the space bright and open. The shower area features a custom black framed glass screen, creating a bold architectural feature while maintaining an open wet room layout.

A standout detail is the vertical oak slatted wall paneling, softly illuminated with integrated LED lighting, bringing warmth and texture to the space. The design is complemented by a bespoke oak sliding door, which saves space while adding a beautiful natural finish that ties the whole room together.

The room also features recessed illuminated wall niches for practical storage, a modern vanity unit with oak detailing, and matte black fixtures that add contrast and a contemporary edge to the design.

Above the shower area, a large skylight floods the space with natural light, enhancing the textures of the materials and giving the wet room an airy, luxurious atmosphere.
